Our pricing model is based on opens, which means that every time a user views your visual, we charge one open. If the visual is not seen by the user, we do not count it towards your balance. You can easily monitor your current balance at any time by logging into the Skideo portal.

With the Image plan you can only create images. With the Image & Video plan you can create images, gifs and videos.

No, you don’t need a subscription for Skideo. You have the option to purchase “opens” for just one month without any obligation. Alternatively, you can take advantage of a 20% discount by signing up for a 12-month subscription.

If you wish to purchase more opens, you can easily do so by contacting us. You have the option of either upgrading to a higher plan or adding more opens for just one month.

Don’t worry if you exceed your opens once or twice. We will never terminate your services for this reason. However, if it becomes a recurring trend, we will reach out to you to find a solution together.
